Kofax Review 2026
Kofax — Kofax is the tool you pick when you need deep SAP/Oracle integration and your compliance team has a long list of requirements. It does a lot, and it's been doing it longer than most competitors have existed. But the interface is dated, administration is complex, and costs add up fast at scale. If you already have Kofax in your stack, there's a reason to stay. If you're starting fresh, newer tools do most of this with less friction.
Score Breakdown
Overview
Kofax has been doing enterprise document capture for decades. Deep SAP and Oracle integrations, strong compliance features, but the interface and pricing both show their age.
We tested Kofax against our standard set: 50 invoices, 20 receipts, 10 bills of lading, and 10 bank statements. The mix includes clean digital PDFs, rough scans, and phone photos.
